Keep in mind that the web browser version may have some limitations compared to the Zoom app.If the host is recording the meeting and has the “Ask Participants for Consent at Start Recording” feature turned on, a disclaimer will appear asking for your consent to be recorded.If the host has set the waiting room, you will be prompted to wait until the host allows you to participate.
When you click on “Launch from browser”, you will be prompted to enter your name and check the “I’m not a robot” box.
When you click on “Join” the next screen will ask you to open Zoom from your browser instead of the app. Alternatively, you can go to the Zoom website ( ) and enter the meeting ID provided by the host. If you were invited to a meeting via a URL link, click on the link to join the meeting. The host of the meeting must have the “Show ‘Join from browser’ link” feature enabled for this to work.
